We went ape for the steaks, they were awesome! I am truly so excited to find a wonderful Buffalo source. By the way, the meat is totally delicious. People should understand that Buffalo tastes like the best Filet Mignon you can eat; at a fraction of the price. It's not wild tasting or anything. In fact, I bet if someone was given a side by side comparison taste test, buffalo would win hands down!!!
