Cooking Tips
Grill, pan fry or broil
Rub steaks with cooking oil
Season to taste
Grill or broil 4-6 inches from heat source or place in lightly oiled skillet
Cook 6-8 minutes per side* Serve rare to medium-rare
Braising (Round Steaks)
Brown steaks in lightly oiled skillet. Add small amount of liquid. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover tightly and simmer gently over low heat on top of range or in 325ºF oven until fork-tender.
* Cooking times vary based on cooking temperature and thickness of meat.
