Cooking Tips
(Rump, Sirloin, Tenderloin)
Use uncovered roasting pan or roasting bag
Season to taste
Cook at 275°F until desired doneness
Serve rare to medium-rare (135°F-145°F)
(Round, Arm)
Use uncovered roasting pan or roasting bag
Season to taste
Brown roast on high heat
Add 1-2 cups liquid to bottom of pot
Reduce heat to 200°F-250°F
Serve medium-rare (145°F-155°F)
(Chuck, Round, Arm)
Use covered pan
Season to taste Brown roast on high heat
Add 1-2 cups liquid to bottom of pot
Simmer in pot, crock pot or oven
Cook at 300°F until tender
