Important Shipping Information and Our Guarantee
All our buffalo meat is shipped frozen in sturdy styrofoam boxes.
We use DHL Overnight Service, UPS Ground or Spee Dee for a flat shipping rate of $20.95 (48 contiguous states). AK and HI please call for rates. For Information on shipping non-perishable items click here
We have a 5 pound minimum order. For orders requiring more than one shipping box a fee of $10.00 per container will be added to your order. A tracking number will be emailed you. We ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. We do our best to ship orders out on the next available shipping day however, exact shipping days depend upon number of orders in house, etc. If you need an order on a specific date, please note in the comments section or give us a call. Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box. Any orders sent to a gated community or apartment building must have delivery driver accessibility.

All our buffalo meat is Cryovac-sealed for freshness. Meat may be partially thawed upon arrival, please re-freeze or refrigerate immediately. Be assured the meat is perfectly safe because of the Cryovac packaging. Sometimes during shipping due to pressure changes and package handling the bags may lose their seal. The meat is perfectly fresh and is ready to be put into your freezer. If you are planning on freezing for an extended amount of time, we recommend placing the bag in a zipper pouch, squeezing out the excess air and placing in your freezer.

Our Guarantee:
If our buffalo meat arrives to you in unsatisfactory condition, and it is our fault or our shippers' fault, we will replace your order. However, if the condition is due to an error on the purchaser or the recipient's part, such as an incorrect address given, recipient not available, orders left out for too long or stolen, ruined or damaged after delivery, we will not refund or replace the shipment. Please do not refuse an order, call us instead to make other arrangements.
All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery!
